HI ALL JUST NEW TO THIS FOURM IAM JUST WOUNDEING ABOUTE SOMETHING IF I PULL MY TECHNICS ARM BACK AND FORWARDS IT MOVES JUST WOUNDERING IF ITS MEN ::)T TO BE SECURED OR NOT WHEN I HOLD THE ARM IT CAN BE MOVED BACKWORD AND FORWARD IF THIS IS A PROBLE ANY BODY KNOW HO I COULD SORT IT OUT TEXT

Leave it loose.. do not overtighten. you do and it causes too much tention in the arm causing it to skip ;D

in 99.9999% of cases this is simply because you haven't locked the height adj tight enough.
